Turno - Program Manager (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Program Manager to join our Fintech/Lending team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in analytical skills, data management, advanced Excel skills, and cross-functional team management. Experience in Fintech/Lending, Dealer Loan Sales, or related fields is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for lending/dealer loan sales programs.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of program milestones and objectives.

2. Analytical Skills:

- Analyze data and metrics to inform program decisions and optimize performance.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to track program progress.

3. Data Management:

- Manage and maintain large datasets related to lending/dealer loan sales, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures.

4. Advanced Excel Skills:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling, to analyze and present data.

- Develop and maintain complex Excel models and dashboards.

5. Cross-Functional Team Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and risk management.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from Tier 1 college.

- 1-2 years of experience in program management, operations research, or related field, preferably in Fintech/Lending, Dealer Loan Sales, or related fields.

- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
