Turno - Risk Head (6-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk & Policy Manager to lead our risk management and policy development function in lending/Fintech, specifically in three-wheeler loans/vehicle loans. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in risk management and policy development, with a strong background in lending/Fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management:

1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.

3. Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

4. Develop and maintain risk models, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.

Policy Development:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for lending/Fintech operations.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, operations, compliance) to ensure policy alignment.

3. Conduct policy reviews and updates to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.

Requirements:

1. BTech or MBA from Tier 1 college.

2. 6+ years of experience in risk management and policy development, with a focus on lending/Fintech.

3. Proven experience in managing risks associated with three-wheeler loans/vehicle loans.

4. Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
