Department: Sales/ Business Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. As an ISR, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and attending virtual events or webinars. Proactively generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.

Customer Engagement:
Reach out to potential customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Sales Presentations & Product Demos:
Provide virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase product features and benefits. Tailor the presentation to address customer pain points and needs.

Sales Support:
Work closely with the field sales team to support the development of sales strategies, coordinate follow-up meetings, and ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to closing.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), tracking sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Quota Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Take ownership of individual sales goals and contribute to the teams overall success.

Market Research:
Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and market trends to identify new opportunities. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Contract Negotiations:
Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with customers, working with the sales or legal team when necessary to ensure agreements are finalized.

Customer Retention:
Work on nurturing existing customer relationships by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Follow up on customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on sales pipeline health, upcoming opportunities, and customer activity.

Qualification : - A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field is often preferred.
