Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Development Lead , your primary role will be to oversee lead generation strategies, mentor SDRs, and drive overall team performance. You will also focus on building and nurturing client relationships while maintaining alignment with Tumodo s sales objectives.
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of SDRs, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential and ensure performance targets are met.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales executives to design and implement prospecting strategies across channels such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and more.
Lead Qualification: Oversee the team s lead qualification process to ensure leads are accurately assessed and ready for the sales pipeline.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report team performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize processes and achieve goals.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitors, equipping your team to deliver compelling value propositions.
CRM Optimization: Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM data, leading by example in maintaining high standards for record-keeping and sales reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the SDR team and senior sales leadership, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in lead generation or sales development, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of mentoring and managing SDR teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and inspire both clients and team members.
Cold Calling Expertise: Strong experience in initiating conversations and closing opportunities via cold outreach.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools like Gong, Apollo, Hunter, Expandi, LinkedIn, Hubspot, etc.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to boost team performance.
