Job Description (JD)

The Sales Manager for Bridal Wear will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the bridal fashion industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

• • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by optimizing store performance.
• • Drive upselling & cross-selling (e.g., veils, trousseau, customizations).
• • Convert walk-in clients, online inquiries, and bridal appointments into sales.
• • Track and improve the appointment-to-sale conversion rate.

2. Client Relationship Management

• • Provide a luxury shopping experience for brides, ensuring personalized styling and consultation.
• • Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat purchases.
• • Handle client objections, special requests, and order customizations efficiently.
• • Ensure follow-ups post-appointment and after-sales to maintain high customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Team Leadership & Training

• • Train and mentor the sales team on bridal trends, fabrics, customization options, and pricing strategies.
• • Set individual sales targets and track team performance.
• • Conduct regular sales meetings and roleplay sessions to improve client engagement.
• • Ensure the team maintains a high standard of professionalism and service.

4. Inventory & Order Management

• • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely custom order deliveries.
• • Monitor the sell-through rate and suggest markdowns for slow-moving designs.
• • Ensure stock is well-displayed and in line with bridal fashion trends.

5. Digital & Omnichannel Sales

• • Convert leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries into store visits or virtual consultations.
• • Assist with video call sales and styling sessions for remote clients.
• • Collaborate with marketing to drive event-based sales and bridal exhibitions.

6. Reports & Analytics

• • Track and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance.
• • Provide insights on top-selling designs, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
• • Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score).
