Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Meet with potential franchisees in various cities targeted for brand expansion.
- Utilize diverse channels including online research, referrals, and industry events to identify prospective franchisees.
- Cultivate relationships with potential franchisees, effectively communicating the benefits of our franchise model.
- Oversee the franchise onboarding process from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
- Conduct market research to identify viable franchise territories and assess market trends.
- Monitor and report on franchise onboarding performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with franchise standards.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay abreast of franchise industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors within the industry.
- Undertake special tasks assigned by Founders, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with company founders and contribute to organizational growth and success.
- Act as a representative of the Founders, only in approved contexts, overseeing specific communications concerning customer escalations.
What We Look For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise development for D2C brands.
- Should have played a leading role in negotiating franchise agreements for a minimum of 10 stores within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and implement effective strategies.
