As a Junior Acquisition Associate, you will assist the Acquisitions team in driving the property acquisition process while representing Truva in interactions with customers and brokers. Collaborating with stakeholders, your role will involve supporting acquisition efforts in specific micro-markets of Mumbai through lead generation, site visits, data collection and analysis. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions while developing field expertise.
What youll do
Client Lead Generation:
Research and source potential seller leads from online platforms and other sources.
Assist in expanding Truvadatabase of prospective sellers.
Coordination and Scheduling:
Collaborate with the Channel Partner team to arrange property visits.
Schedule and organize both direct and broker-led site visits for acquisitions.
Field Engagement and Data Collection:
Participate in house visits to gather property details, take videos, and record relevant data.
Conduct on-the-ground assessments to support the evaluation of acquisition opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential sellers and brokers.
Act as a point of support for sellers during the initial stages of the acquisition process.
What were looking for
0-2 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Experience role.
Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors is preferred but not required.
Strong enthusiasm for working in a goal-driven environment.
Superior customer service skills.
Fluent verbal communication in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Hindi, is highly beneficial.
A solid grasp of deadlines with a proactive approach to managing timelines.
A determined and proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve goals.
Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional memory, as you will be managing numerous conversations where context is crucial.
This role involves a 6-day work week, including weekends, as peak activity in Real Estate typically occurs on Saturdays and Sundays.
