Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, working across multiple platforms and media to develop compelling campaigns and experiences. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for shaping the vision of marketing initiatives, aligning them with business goals, and translating them into effective creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Insights:
- Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Analyse consumer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify insights that drive creative decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to ensure creative concepts align with overall strategy and business priorities.
Content Strategy & Execution:
- Work with content creators to develop compelling narratives, messaging, and visual concepts that connect with consumers emotionally and drive engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall brand strategy and enhances the customer experience.
Brand Development & Maintenance:
- Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring that all creative work aligns with and enhances the brand's values and identity.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns in a variety of industries (e.g., consumer goods, tech, entertainment, fashion, etc.).
- Experience working in both B2C and B2B environments is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into creative concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creative tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies.
Personal Attributes:
- A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in managing or leading creative teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
