Product Owner - Healthcare (8-10 yrs)

- About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of key products and solutions in the healthcare domain.

- As a Product Owner, you will act as the central link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product vision aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

- You will play a crucial role in managing priorities, optimizing the development process, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Vision: Work closely with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

- Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, refining user stories, and ensuring the development team has clear and actionable requirements.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the business and the development team, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring the product meets the needs of all stakeholders.

- Sprint Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to ensure that priorities and objectives are clear, and track the progress throughout the sprint.

- Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure that all features meet business requirements and pass testing before they are released.

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders to ensure that the product is ready for launch and addresses user needs.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to product management processes, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and consistently meet quality standards.

- Reporting & Metrics: Monitor product performance by analyzing data and user feedback, providing insights to inform decision-making and future product enhancements.

- Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders on product features and updates to ensure smooth adoption and use.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar managerial role, preferably in Agile environments.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ) and experience working with teams in Agile settings.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

- Healthcare experience is essential.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in product management or product ownership within the healthcare sector.

- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and best practices for driving product success.

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
