Job Description

• Manage the whole onboarding process ensuring that all pre-employment process and forms are completed accurately.
• Managing background verification process for candidates accepting offer, coordinating with BGV vendor for work order initiation and following up with them for receiving BGV reports with in TAT.
• Issuing pre joining & post joining forms and getting it signed by the candidate -Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Confidential Agreement, Employee Handbook, PF Form 11, Bank Details form etc.
• Scheduling and Conducting orientation for new joiners.
• Coordinating with IT team for system dispatch to new joiners and getting acknowledgement from candidates on receipt of system.
• Maintaining MIS and reports in Excel

Required Skills

• Any Graduate with atleast 2 yrs. of experience in HR Operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS office
• Experience using HRMS system
• Quick learner
• Integrity and confidentiality.
