Field Service Engineer

1. Independently execute Installation & Commissioning or overhauling, troubleshooting, retrofitting jobs at customer sites

2. For the customer complaints, visit the customer site, diagnose the problem and provide them on appropriate solutions
3. Ability to assess Equipment Performance and advice customers on Preventive Maintenance and efficiency improvement. .

4. Developing initiatives for retaining customers through service enhancements, additional services etc.

5. Executing AMC jobs at customer sits

6. Visit customer sites and generate enquiries for predictive maintenance , repairs, insurance , consumption and refurbishing spares

7. Update the time sheets and details in Sales Force(SFDC)

8. Follow up and coordinate with internal departments for execution of jobs at customer sites

9. Provide precise information to the engineering, proposals, execution, supply chain and other teams involved to provide back end support.

10. Providing service proposal to the customer for the enquiry received

11. Should have complete understanding of Steam turbine and its auxiliaries

Preferred candidate profile :

Diploma & Graduate in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

4-7 years of experience in Steam turbine I&C, overhauling and troubleshooting.
