As a Marketing Automation and Technology Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing our marketing tech stack. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing marketing automation campaigns, improving lead generation, and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Automation :
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and targeted communications.
- Create and execute end-to-end automation workflows to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
2. Technology Management :
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new marketing technology tools that align with company goals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the marketing technology stack, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT and Sales to ensure smooth integrations between marketing platforms and the CRM.
3. Data and Analytics :
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine audience segmentation, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize performance data for stakeholders.
4. Campaign Management :
- Support demand generation efforts by setting up, testing, and launching campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Ensure campaigns are on-brand and optimized for conversions at every stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop assets needed for various campaigns.
5. Compliance :
- Ensure marketing practices comply with data privacy laws and best practices, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
6. Education & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with marketing automation tools ( HubSpot,).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a tech or SaaS environment.
7. Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of data analysis and campaign tracking methodologies.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
8. Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
