Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Architecture with a deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, service, Revenue and accounting systems.
Interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders driving prioritization, integration, and adoption as applicable.
Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and custom metadata.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams.
Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality, and optimized response times.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
Experience working end to end business process systems like Lead to Cash flow in any ERP.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Salesforce Admin and other Salesforce certifications are preferred.
