Senior Web Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements.

You will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth, cohesive web experience for users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, create, and maintain responsive websites with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

- Collaborate with developers to implement designs that are functional and scalable.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Design web pages that are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

- Stay updated with web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Ensure designs are consistent with the company's branding and style guidelines.

- Work closely with content teams to ensure all content is placed effectively and enhances the user journey.

- Create and maintain a style guide for web design projects.

- Optimize website designs for speed and performance.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how to apply them to web design.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they affect web design.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively.
