Deputy Manager - Product Merchandising- Malabar Gold

As the Project Head at Trask, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development and management, from initiation to implementation. You will lead and coordinate a team of project managers, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of project managers to ensure maximum performance and productivity.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against these parameters.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, while maintaining a strong focus on project scope and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and any changes to project parameters.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment of project goals with overall company objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelors degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful project teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
