Job Description:
Trask is seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP Sales to join our team in New York City. As the VP Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals and targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure consistent revenue growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or B2B industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Roles and Responsibilities for VP Sales at Trask:
