Responsible for figuring out inventory levels, gettingproduction data from plants, and making sure auction quantities are correct.
Adapting inventory management techniques as needed toincrease sales and control stock levels.
Assessing, choosing, and making management-levelrecommendations for new vendors.
Create sale orders based on approved auctions that havebeen approved in ERP(Infor) (new buyers added, buyers activated, item codesactivated, etc.).
Ensure that all reporting is entered into the systems andupdate the product plant in BI.
Verify the collection of debit/credit notes, and workwith a customer relations executive to follow up with customers.
Discuss lifting issues, BI issues, ERP issues, dead itemdisposals, and other issues with plant heads and coordinators.
Negotiating favorable prices and terms of purchase tomaximize best commodity sourcing practices.
Sending documents to CMR LLC for payment and following upwith accounts to update in the system after receiving payment.
