Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for our diagnostic product portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and market share within the assigned region.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and laboratories.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region, expanding our customer base.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and comprehensive product offerings.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our diagnostic products and solutions, their features, technical specifications, and value proposition.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational seminars for potential and existing customers.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of proven success in a sales leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics.
- A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
