Senior User Interface Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Create intuitive and efficient user experiences for Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, aligning with best UX/UI practices.
• Customization and Enhancement: Customize and extend Oracle Cloud Fusion applications using Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Application Composer, and Oracle Page Composer.
• Integration and Development: Work with Oracle PaaS tools, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and REST APIs to develop and integrate new features.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize UI performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with process SMEs, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into engaging UI solutions.
• Usability Testing: Work with stakeholders to understand workflows and gather user feedback to improve system interfaces.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Five (5) or more years of experience in UX/UI development, with at least two (2) years focused on Oracle Cloud Fusion applications.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) and Oracle Application Composer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks like Oracle JET, React, or Angular.
• Experience working with REST APIs and Oracle PaaS services.
• Understanding of UX best practices, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
• Ability to translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces
• Experience with Agile Methodologies

Preferred Qualification

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), relevant certifications for Oracle Fusion and / or OIC.
• Familiarity with Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM or CX modules
• Ability to design and implement UI components that provide an intuitive and seamless customer experience
