Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Teach sales techniques and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Support sales reps with ongoing coaching and help them overcome challenges
• Work with managers to identify training needs and customize programs.
• Drive V-College Learning Portal Across / Make sure all the sales person is utilizing learning portal.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust as needed based on feedback.
• work on creating training materials for online and classroom usage.

Perks and benefits

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in product training technical training.
• Proven experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
