- The ideal candidate will leverage their excellent communication and relationship-building skills to articulate Tradologie com's value proposition, onboard clients, and drive subscription sales.
Key Responsibilities:.
Customer Identification and Outreach:.
- Develop a robust database of overseas customers.
- Reach out to potential clients via WhatsApp calls, messages, and email.
- Discuss Tradologie.com's value proposition and address customer queries effectively.
- Onboarding and Subscription Sales:.
- Onboard international customers onto the Tradologie.com platform.
- Present and sell Tradologie.com's subscription packages to potential customers.
CRM and Reporting:.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share regular sales and activity reports using Excel.
Collaboration and Strategy:.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling solutions to international customers.
