Job Description

1. Analytical Skillset to diagnose the problems reported by the customer and troubleshoot it by going depth on packet level, should have knowledge on used of different troubleshooting tools, Should be proactive to support SI/Partner/End Customers.

2. In depth knowledge & hands on below topics.

Switching protocols like, VLAN, STP/ERPS, Stacking, LACP, SNMP, ACL, 802.1q, AAA, Port Mirroring etc.

Wireless, Wi-fi Standards, Wi-fi Planning, Heat Map generation/verification, Interference issue Routing Protocols like different WAN types, NAT, port forwarding.

3. Expertise in execution & implementation in large projects of SMB & Enterprise, Understanding the customer requirement and implementing it by enabling the required feature with end to end responsibility till customer acceptance.

4. Complete project documentation & case escalations with HQ. should have communication skill to interact with Outside/Inside respective stake holders to achieve & delivered customer requirement.

5. A thorough understanding of the technical aspects of a company's products and services, Product understanding and positioning.

Job Description (Includes Duties and Responsibility to be assigned)

1. Customer facing Role and resolve end-user product/network setup related issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). End client Site visit as & when required.

2. Guide end-users in troubleshooting network problems and provide step-by-step instructions to resolve issues, preparing SOP and document for the steps follows during troubleshooting for easy of customers.

3. Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues that may involve multiple systems or departments.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps done and should able to escalate to respective team and follow up till issue resolution.

5. Develop and update knowledge base articles for common network issues and resolutions and Present it to Partner/SI/Customers, demonstrate the feature during proof of concept.
