Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in architecture.
• 5+ years of architectural experience preferably with High-rise Residential apartment Exterior design. Even Commercial experience also considerable.
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
• Proficiency in 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
