Manager Human Resources (Pharmaceutical Company)

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & • Employee Onboarding : supervise the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
• Payroll and Benefits Management: Lead the payroll processing function, ensuring compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines..
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• HR Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency HR operations.
• HRIS Management: Take ownership of the HR Information System, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and supports data-driven decision-making.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a senior point of contact for complex employee queries and issues related to HR operations.
• Facilitate effective communication between employees and the HR department, addressing and resolving operational concerns.
