JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement a self-service localization tool that enables clients to upload and manage their own localized content efficiently.
- Document gaps in existing localization tools and workflows, identifying areas for improvement to meet business and client needs.
- Evaluate build vs. partner strategies for localization solutions to ensure scalable, cost-effective implementation aligned with our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product management, engineering, UX, and content teams-to understand client needs and localization challenges.
- Lead the design and development of scalable localization workflows to streamline content delivery, ensuring seamless multilingual experiences across products.
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to prioritize and deliver new localization capabilities on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform localization strategies and continuously improve our solutions.
- Communicate the value of localization tools and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, or data science.
- 5-7 years product management experience across product lifecycle (ideation to launch to sunset)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with localization tools and workflows (e.g., TMS, CMS integrations, localization platforms).
- HCM background (Talent management, Talent assessment, core HR or Workforce Management)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in technical processes and the ability to translate these processes with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate ideas through mocks/wireframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, architecture.
- Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello), ProductBoard, Aha!, Figma, Lucid or other related tools for roadmap, requirements, wireframing.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills or similar.
- Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured manner.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS integrations - A Big Plus
