To implement inter-operator tariff to ensure timely validation of voice and data usage between operators, besides checking files stopped for IOT errors to either correct the tariffs, if the setup is incorrect at MACH system, or in case of client error, report to client for corrective action.
So, how are we going to keep you busy
Implement the tariff (Inter Operator and Tap Creation) in the MACH system as per the set of procedures.
Implementation and co-ordination of a new IOT Client set up.
Validate data based on tariff checks as needed to rectify internal errors if any.
Identify and report errors from incoming TAP files by appropriately sending an email to customers for action.
Maintain productive tariff by doing tariff assignment as per customer s confirmation.
Ensure Service Tickets are resolved with expected level of quality within timelines.
Test the implemented tariff to ensure it is error free in the test system.
Ensure to have successful smooth ISAE Audit Type 1 and Type2.
What will make you eligible for this role
Bachelor of Engineering / B-Tech
Experience, that will be an advantage:
2-4 years of customer service experience and experience in telecom billing will be an added advantage.
