Job Description
- Requires Experience with Good knowledge with CRM-ECC Sales and service integration
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the Sales / Customer Relationship Management process.
- Should be a quick learner of new programs specially CRM.
- Should have a strong skill set to explore the entire system and find the loopholes within-it.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the Pre Post Sales lifecycle.
- Must have Completed at least 3-4 CRM end to end deployment.
- Owns the Responsibilities of designing an End to End Business Process Flow
- Strong written/ communications skills
- An out of the box thinker ,creative and techie.
- Strong presentation skills
- Enhance knowledge in other Core and subsidiary CRM modules to contribute to customer projects.
- Should have experience in finding / contacting vendors for new development and Integration with CRM and other apps .
- Must have strong skill to understand the business process and make a detailed document which can
- be explained at luddite person level after gathering requirements from the process makers.
- Will be responsible for the training program of staff for different modules of CRM handling their queries.
- Must have experience in building different stages, policy, automations within the program and rollout the same.
