Job Description
- Technical support for stores through IVR calls, email,
- Resolve store complaints and concerns promptly, fairly, and courteously.
- Give accurate and detailed information about products and services.
- Order tracking in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Languages required for interaction with store teams include Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Must be familiar with MIS reports, shortcuts, and Excel operations. (Vlookup, Pivot tables ) and Good analytical thinking.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekends. and should be ready to relocate to Chickaballapur.
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
