Role Overview:
We're seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead and scale our SDR operations. You'll be responsible for driving exponential growth, optimizing our outbound sales motion, and building a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale our SDR team to achieve ambitious quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategies to double, triple, and quadruple our current conversion rates
- Create and optimize sales playbooks for US SMB market penetration
- Coach SDRs to improve performance metrics and conversion rates
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth lead handoffs and pipeline management
- Drive innovation in our outbound sales processes
- Build and maintain a results-driven, energetic sales culture
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing SDR teams
- Proven track record of scaling outbound sales operations and hitting aggressive targets
- Experience selling to US SMB market
- Strong understanding of sales tech stack and modern outbound strategies
- Data-driven approach to sales optimization
- Outstanding leadership and team building capabilities
Preferred:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Have led and scaled a team of SDRs for the North American market
