Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Target Achievement : Manage and drive the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in the designated area by setting clear goals, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Team Management : Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, providing regular feedback, training, and development to improve skills and performance.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area, focusing on increasing the market presence of the company’s products/services.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Sales Planning & Reporting : Prepare and execute sales plans and strategies for the area; provide regular reports to the management regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Sales Training & Development : Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Territory Management : Monitor and optimize the sales activities in the region, ensuring coverage of all potential customers and efficient use of resources.
  • Market Intelligence : Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.
  • Budget Management : Monitor and manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
  • Promotional Activities : Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
