Job Description
TIES Infotek is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, Rail Transportation, or Heavy Engineering industries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a track record of successful project management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, components, and products
- Conduct engineering analyses and simulations to optimize designs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and test plans
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with a track record of successful project management and leadership
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or CATIA) and engineering analysis tools (such as ANSYS or MATLAB)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
