Marketing Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels by analyzing key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, funnel performance and ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
User Behavior Insights: Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior patterns, segment audiences, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Collaboration with Credit Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to inform and guide the development of new credit products. Use data-driven insights to influence product strategy and design.
Reporting Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Continuous Learning Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies. Continuously seek ways to improve our data analysis processes and credit product offerings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You to have 4+ years of experience working as a credit focused analyst or data scientist at a fintech or bank.
You have expert SQL proficiency and can navigate complex data warehouse relationships
You to have proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
You to have strong expertise in Python for data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with experience using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
You are a self starter who takes initiative and can operate with a high degree of independence.
You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
