Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy tailored to enhance the customer journey in real estate, from identifying properties to handover and beyond.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Design and oversee initiatives that improve the customer experience throughout the entire property acquisition process. This includes enhancing interactions from initial property searches to post-handover support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and manage large global teams across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to drive digital initiatives that support the customer journey.
- Innovation Management: Create a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies (AI, analytics, virtual tours) that can enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Ensure that all projects align with the customer journey framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate the vision for digital transformation in real estate and secure buy-in for initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation efforts across the customer journey. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.
