Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Translate user insights into actionable design solutions.

- Create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture diagrams.

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical feasibility.

- Create and maintain design systems and style guides.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions.

- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Work within agile development methodologies.

- Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces.

- Design engaging interactions and animations.

- Ensure designs are accessible and meet accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

- Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.

- Establish and document design guidelines and best practices.

- Promote a culture of design excellence within the organization.

- Utilize analytics and user data to inform design decisions.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience and improve key metrics.

- Track and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of design processes and workflows.

- Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills :

- 4-8 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Experience with user research and usability testing.

- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with motion design and animation.

- Experience with prototyping tools (Principle, Framer).

- Experience with data visualization.
