These report to him/her: sales, customer service, administration Category: Commercial Manager (to be upgraded to country manager after a period of time)
Target:
Engage Indian e-commerce sellers (e-sellers) to sell their products in the European Union and UK through our e-commerce platform www.x-bec.com Planning, organization, management and control of e-commerce service operations, where he/she will grant their efficiency and effectiveness, in accomplishment of the company targets, internal procedures and applicable laws. Manage and supervise different activities of the branch: operational and administrative tasks
Tasks:
- Actively promote X-bec- s and Cacesa- s services among the e-commerce community of India in order to close long-term agreements with main local players.
- Maintain the company's corporate image in front of the e-commerce community of India (customers), authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, security regulations, and applicable laws, particularly trade regulations.
- Actively promote agreements with partners (logistics and transportation companies.)
- Analyse operational results to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.
- Early organization of daily/weekly/monthly operations (customer service) according to the forecasted amount of shipments, jointly with the rest of the team of the branch.
- Plan and allocate resources (staff, suppliers) for optimal operations.
- Coordinate and supervise team activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle claims and incidents related to e-commerce operations, ensuring all parties are informed.
- Support business development by identifying business opportunities, collaborating with the sales department.
- Address customer inquiries regarding e-commerce operations.
- Report branch performance and KPIs to customers and superiors.
- Implement new operations with customers, transportation companies.
- Communicate branch goals to your team and analyse performance.
- Analyse the results and progress in their field, and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of its activities.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise the tasks of the staff under their supervision, as well as handle their needs regarding holidays, absences, and training.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, and support their development, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Adhere to the company's security, health, and safety rules, and ensure that their team does the same.
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role as needed.
Relationship with other departments:
Internal - Field Reason:
- Customer Service Management and staff assignation
- Commercial Management and staff assignation, management of incidences
- Financial controller, HR and administrative managers of the company Cost control and administrative tasks. Staff management.
- IT Management of IT integration with customers/suppliers & technical incidences
External - Field Reason:
- Suppliers / handling terminals Service coordination
- Customers Actively sell our services, answer to questions / supply operations information
- Airport/Port Authorities / Customs Authorities Incidences, information request.
Action and supervision:
- With capacity to make his/her own decisions about routine and non-routine aspects, definition and implementation of operations and he/she will be able to plan and organize his/her own work and the work of the team. His/her superiors will supervise him/her

- Job developed mainly in the office. May oversee warehouse activities.
Job requirement:
Experience:
- Minimum 4 year-experience in e-commerce company in sales department, customer service or seller relationship
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing staff and leading operations.
Education:
- Studies of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or similar
- Training and experience in e-commerce and/or technology
