Job Description
The Shri Ram Universal School Bengaluru is looking for Shadow Teacher to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Provide academic support and assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Adapt and modify classroom activities and assignments to accommodate students' learning needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in specific subjects or academic skills.
- Assist students in developing study strategies, organizational skills, and self-management techniques.
- Monitor student progress, behavior, and social interactions in the classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and educational specialists about student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, student assessments, and educational planning sessions.
- Support students during transitions between classes, activities, and school environments.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in working with students and families.
