We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead React and C#.NET Full Stack Developer to join our team in Vashi, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in React.js, .NET Core, and modern development practices.

This is a leadership role requiring excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js, React hooks, and state management libraries such as Redux.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and seamless user experiences.

- Work with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap to create modern and intuitive web applications.

- Optimize build pipelines and tools, including Webpack, Babel, and npm.

Back-End Development :

- Build and maintain scalable APIs and services using .NET Core and C#.

- Integrate web services such as SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

- Design and implement microservices architectures for enterprise applications.

Database Management :

- Develop and optimize database solutions with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance for business applications.

Cloud and DevOps :

- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud for deployment and scaling.

- Implement containerization and deployment strategies using Docker.

- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other DevOps tools.

Collaboration and Leadership :

- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and participate in architecture discussions.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Adhere to Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Key Requirements :

- In-depth knowledge of React.js, React hooks, and Redux for state management.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Extensive experience with .NET Core and C# for back-end development.

- Familiarity with web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.

- Expertise in containerization tools like Docker.
