It Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
• Manage and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently.
• Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft services and applications.
• Support networking issues and cloud-based services.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service desk activities and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide status updates and gather necessary information.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft administration.
• Knowledge of networking principles and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
