- Building rapport with the brides and being able to explain to them how WeddingWire can help in planning for their wedding
- Reaching out to all brides in daily calling queue and validating their requirements
- Negotiating with the users around budgets and location
- Educating and guiding the users towards right set of vendors
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve by thinking strategically and execute tactically
- High ability to negotiate with the users around their budget and location
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft-Excel & Word
- Team player with a positive attitude to help drive team targets
- Prior B2C calling experience is preferred
