- Resolve any billing discrepancies and issues promptly.

6. *Tax Matters:*

- Manage all tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, and reporting.

- Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.

7. *Commercial, Contracts, and Claims:*

- Provide financial expertise on commercial matters, contracts, and claims.

- Ensure all financial aspects of contracts and claims are accurately managed.

8. *Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions:*

- Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

9. *Corporate Restructuring and Risk Mitigation:*
