Job Description

Balbhas is committed to providing top-notch IT solutions and support. We are currently seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This position requires a professional who is adept at balancing technical skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

- Manage user accounts in Active Directory including additions, deletions, and disabling of IDs.- Perform OS installation and manage BitLocker encryption.- Assemble computer systems, upgrade hardware, and troubleshoot issues.- Configure MS Outlook, manage backups, restore functions, and troubleshoot related issues.- Install and troubleshoot network printers.- Install and maintain various standard software according to organizational requirements.- Update antivirus software and ensure virus protection.- Troubleshoot hardware and operating system issues.- Provide remote support for software problems.- Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware issues.- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.- Resolve day-to-day user problems in a diplomatic and technical manner.

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.- Familiarity with Active Directory management, OS installations, and BitLocker encryption.- Experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and upgrades.- Knowledge of MS Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.- Ability to install and troubleshoot network printers and handle software installations.- Strong understanding of antivirus software and general security practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide remote support.- Strong communication and coordination skills.
