Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Technical Lead to join our team in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software/IT quality assurance, including 2-3 years in automation testing. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee all phases of the software development life cycle, focusing on both front and back-office web-based applications.

Requirements

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of test cycles.- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure quality throughout the project release cycle.- Conduct both functional and non-functional systems testing.- Document and report defects, facilitating clear communication with the development team.- Support root cause analysis with the development team.- Maintain and publish detailed software testing metrics and reports.- Ensure comprehensive testing of application interfaces and non-functional requirements.

- Proficient in SQL and relational databases.- Expertise in Testing Methodologies, Processes, Tools, and Techniques.- Experienced with bug reporting and test management tools, preferably Jira.- Familiarity with Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall project methodologies.
