Job Description
Visit Required 3-6 times in a week or as per requirement.
Assess student s abilities & accordingly make teaching plans.
Impart critical English language skills through intentional classroom discussion.
Pose open-ended questions that draw on higher-level thinking skills.
Create engaging lesson plans that encourage student participation.
Employ learning materials that feature diverse voices and perspectives.
Assess student s progress through classroom observation and grading work.
Conduct periodic assessment and evaluation.
Conduct an assessment that focuses on both the long and short-term needs of the students.
Communicate classroom culture, protocols, and procedures.
Keep track and reflect on students progress and manage classroom crises, resolve conflicts.
Prepare students for the transition to the next level.
Monitor childrens behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.
Ensuring the students attend classes on daily basis
Daily reporting and documentation
Entire code of conduct should be in congruent with child rights policy & laws and policy for the protection, safety and overall well-being of the child.
2. Other Indicative Requirements:
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in concerned subject.
Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioral, Language, Certifications etc.)
3 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience.
Candidates with experience in coaching classes will be preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Exceptional command of the English language
Ability to engage students in lessons and activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Classroom teaching experience
Relevant teaching certification
Required Skills & Competences:
Strong written and verbal communication and capability to relate and interact with students of multicultural backgrounds.
Giving close attention to details and demonstrating ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
Ability to lead and drive the project with a vision to achieve transformational change.
Have an empathetic & compassionate attitude.
Sensitive towards the needs of children
Basic computer skills
