Job Description
- Building and on-boarding a team for survey data collection
- Managing on-field data collection and logistics across sites while ensuring data quality
- Ensuring that time-lines for deliverables are being met by on-field teams, which includes data collection and desk-work
- Coordinating with the local partner organisations, and the on-field team.
- Coordinating with the CBS team.
- Assist with qualitative psychological research as required (training will be provided).
- Any other relevant task assigned by the lead of the CBS team.
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Kannada/Tulu/Konkani (at least one).
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English.
- Willingness to stay on and travel across field sites
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for on-ground management and coordination. Those with relevant experience with managing teams or on-field coordination will be preferred.
