About Us :
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager with expertise in Organic Marketing and Video Content to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing social media channels, growing organic reach, and creating engaging video content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organic Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven organic social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and organic reach.
- Influencer & Community Management: Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to drive brand awareness and foster organic growth
- Video Content Creation & Editing: Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand video content (short-form videos, reels, stories, tutorials, etc.) from concept to post-production. Ensure all video content resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
- Content Calendar & Planning: Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content publishing, while coordinating with the marketing and design teams for assets.
- Copywriting and Editing: Write supporting copies, taglines and video scripts for the content that we post.
- Audience Growth & Engagement: Implement tactics to grow organic followers and engage the community through interaction, contests, and creative campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to track performance, understand audience behavior, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, video formats, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Integrate trending topics and formats to boost engagement and virality. SEO Integration: Apply SEO best practices to video content and social posts to maximize organic reach and visibility across platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on organic marketing and video content creation for beauty.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and features (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.).
- Content Strategy & Community Building: Demonstrated success in building and nurturing communities through organic content strategies.Creative Thinking: Strong ability to think creatively and come up with new content formats and strategies to engage audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Experience in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to analyze performance and provide insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.), with a solid understanding of creating engaging short-form videos.
Preferred Skills:
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization techniques for social media and video content.
- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.), with a solid understanding of creating engaging short-form videos.
