Job Description
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage reservations and bookings, and ensure that guest information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely manner
- Manage inventory and supplies for the front desk area
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
- Follow company procedures for security, health and safety, and emergency situations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
