Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Identify and prioritize key accounts within the territory.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels. Proactively address customer needs and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Presentations and Demos:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Articulate the value proposition of products and services clearly and concisely. Handle objections effectively and close deals.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Accurately forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular sales reports and analysis.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and sales activities.
Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the [industry-specific] field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
