Position Summary:
As the Chief Sales Officer and Co-Founder, you will lead the development of sales strategies, create client relationships, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This equity-based role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth with an option to invest and gain equity based on your contributions and commitment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development : Define and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company s goals and objectives, targeting growth across key technology consulting services.
Customer Acquisition : Lead efforts to identify and engage potential clients, focusing on customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Management : Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools and analytics to track and optimize each stage of the sales process.
Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed revenue targets by expanding market reach, increasing client acquisition, and maximizing the value of each engagement.
Sales Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their challenges and aligning TEMS Tech Solutions offerings to meet their needs.
Sales Operations and Processes : Develop efficient sales processes, manage pricing strategies, and implement metrics for continuous performance evaluation and improvement.
Market Research and Insights : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning, using these insights to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration with Leadership : Work closely with the CEO, CMO, and CPO to align sales, marketing, and product strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and value propositions across all touchpoints.
Metrics and Reporting : Define and monitor sales KPIs, providing regular performance reports and using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the technology consulting or SaaS industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a high-growth or startup environment
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations
