Telecaller

Primary Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and collect data by following the appointed scripts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards the respondents.
Follow up with respondents to ensure satisfaction, answer queries, and resolve any issues.
Ensure that the objectives of the research questionnaire are clear.
Fluent communication and reading proficiency in English and Hindi, Basic computer skills, Fast typing skills. Freshers or 1-2 years of experience.
