Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will beresponsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, buildingand maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth withinthe IT staff augmentation sector.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Target Prospects: Research andidentify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services. Developand execute strategies to target and engage these prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build andmaintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand theirbusiness needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop andimplement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct marketanalysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads throughvarious channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, andattending industry events.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and delivercompelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiatecontracts and close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with therecruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and tofacilitate smooth onboarding and integration of IT staff.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industrytrends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide relevant insightsand recommendations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate recordsof sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide regularreports to senior management.

Qualifications:

 
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years ofexperience in business development, sales, or account management within the ITstaff augmentation or staffing industry.
 
Education: Bachelors degree inBusiness, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of IT staffing and the abilityto communicate technical requirements.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets anddriving revenue growth.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships withclients at all levels.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
